Special Movies?

Am sitting here at work and this popped into my head...

Does anyone have any movies that were just your average movie? However, some occurence made them special and memorable? What I mean is this, I'll use myself as an example...

Days of Thunder is the movie. I'm a big auto racing fan and I loved this movie, not for the racing action, but because some parts of it, abstract, are real. I must of watched this movie around, oh....24 times at least. *LOL*

However, when I was spending a weekend with a woman, whom I was having a long distance relationship with, that changed. One night we were sitting in bed and were flipping through the channels. This was only the second night we had been together intimately...

And, Days of Thunder was on. So, we laid there, cuddled together and watched it...

That movie, as strange as it sounds, took on a whole new....new...I don't know what the word is. I woldn't say, "meaning?"....but, it had a different...shoot. Hmmm. Well, yeah, it took on a different meaning! *LOL* It wasn't only just a movie which I loved...but, it signified a special memory to me....the first time that I honestly felt loved by a 'love.

That all make sense? *LOL*

Anyone else have any movies like that?

yuppers....old yeller. Saw that movie when i was in 4th or 5th grade...liked it then, but watched with my OWN kids...we have several pets...2 dogs who we love dearly...my son cried...that movie has been close to my heart since then.

Serendipity hit the spot for me because I have a crush on Kate Beckinsale. In this movie, two strangers meet each other and realized that their romance was meant to be. I think that it was perfectly made although, it would be nice if it was longer. I think that most of us want that feeling of connection with our special person. For those single guys like me, it gives hope that we can find our future gf if we go out there and find her.
