I saw this website in an advert and figured it'd be worth experimenting w/. Most of my more successful relationships have been May - December, with me happily enjoying the May flowers. I'm 27, open-minded, serious and sarcastic, who's not interested in being a trophy or a one-night stand...

I am new to this site. I have always been attracted to younger women. Most of my female friends in college were 2-3 years younger. Now, I still find the few female friends I have are younger. But being divorced for the past three years, at least here in the Midwest, I don't find younger women very interested in older men. I am 50 and don't know what is reasonable to expect. Most of the women I meet my own age who are divorced are so occupied with grandchildren or family there don't have time or energy for socializing. And the rest seem to lack much energy, but it is hard to meet younger women. Any advice or suggestions?

My bad, MerAlove. I didn't notice the date.
Alex responded and bumped it back to the top.
Now if you excuse me, Bosslady, I have a couple of legs to break.
Has anyone seen Alex anywhere, btw? LOL

Beachcomerguy I live in Iowa and I have to say I think you are wrong about age gap relationships in the midwest. I've seen more acceptance of age gap relationships out here than anywhere else I've lived. I think there is less acceptance of other types of relationships .... gay, bi-racial relationships, etc. But age gap relationships I haven't heard a lot of issue with. I was in an age gap relationship and we never once had to deal with the age differences out here. But maybe thats' just my experience. I wasn't looking for an age gap relationship. Neither was he, but it happened. I think that's the difference. Most people don't go out searching for age-gap relationships. They just sort of happen. That's my opinion anyway. As for the socializing part, a lot of people out here socialize around their grandchildren's schedules. Instead of dancing they hang out at ball games, etc. It's just a different way of socializing. I'm sure you'll find your lucky lady someday/someway. I don't know that she necessairly has to be younger to fill all the requirements you have.
