Just rented this one on tues. I loved it and so did the girls...couldnt get my 16 yr old son to watch it, but i think IF HE WOULD HAVE...he would have liked it...the girl was cute=). If you need one to rent for the weekend...give it a try.

I heard that they turned this into more of a fairy tale for the movies... the original story had the boy forcing the girl against her will to become immortal and she despised him for it. Not sure if that's true though. Anyone know for sure?

that is a great movie!! I MADE my 15 year old son watch it with me and my 11 year old daughter. HE LOVED IT! It got us talking about what we would have done. GREAT MOVIE!! For all ages.
