This morning i replied a PM thas was sent to me, and when i tried to send it.....FULL INBOX!!
it was really frustrating because now i have to type everything again. !!

BTW, in a quick check of your user profile, I find that you have the box 'receive email from administrator' marked no. Since they can't reach you via PM, and if you have that box checked no, maybe they are unable to reach you? Im not for certain about this, it was just something I noticed when checking your situation. Try checking that box to allow emails from administration, and email me and let me know what problems your having!!!!

When you say you have 76 messages that are not in your folders....here is what you need to do. Go into your inbox and made sure all the received AND all the sent messages are deleted. THEN go into the area called message tracking, and delete all those too. I would bet that those 76 messages are in your message tracking area. Just click end tracking on all of those and delete them. Let me know if this works...
