Billy Jim, brag more, man! Tell us your story, I don't know it!
Is it an age-gap relationship, what is the gap, etc, etc, etc....while I drink some champagne....

yellowrose 07-18-2003, 10:39 AM What is the secret to your marital bliss? Thanks. Barbara :)
PS... Is there something in the water... I can't spell anymore!
Billy Jim 07-19-2003, 11:10 AM Yellowrose:
Well, I don't know . . . just like and love each other to begin with, be tolerant, don't sweat the small stuff, have long term goals as a couple.
And . . . and . . . if you've always thought that lots of women were sexy at 50, then when she reaches 50, she'll know that you still find her sexy then, too.
Bye to everybody and good luck,
Billy Jim

Polly 07-19-2003, 05:29 PM I LOVE your posts, Billy Jim! Always uplifting and happy! :) Congratulations to you and your wife. You are both lucky to have eachother. Robin and I are like you two are, relationship wise, so I guess we'll be looking forward to celebrating many anniversaries to come as well! Don't be a stranger, your posts are very much enjoyed! :)
suicideblonde 07-19-2003, 11:36 PM CONGRATUALTIONS to you both. I agree with Polly that your posts are very uplifting, humorous and positive in nature. And I am sure one secret to your successfl marriage, IS that indomitable sense of humor that moe than likely makes you "glaze over" the small stuff! So why not have your wife pop in and give us "her" side of this successful story!

Billy Jim 07-20-2003, 12:19 PM Yeah, 14 years and we haven't killed each other yet. Of course, the day isn't over.
