This is a recipe that my sister got from this one catalog that she subscribes to. This drink is used to quench the brain and it tastes like Gator***. I been drinking it for some time and keeps my brain active. Here's to your health :)

10 green teabags

10 cups of boiling water

1 small can of frozen lemonade concentrate

2 cups of orange juice

2 teaspoons vitamin C powder

8 drops of liquid Ginkogo biloba extract

In a large pitcher, pour boiling water over teabags and steep. Let cool and remove teabags. Add the remaining 4 ingredients and mix well. Serve over ice. Makes about 8-10 servings.

Note: This recipe was extracted from 20/20 Thinking(book) and the catalog is called One Spirit. You can add about a half a cup of water to your glass after you pour the drink in your glass to dilute the gator*** taste.

I will sure try this! I have bought green tea and can't get in the habit of making it. I have bought vitamins and ginko and forget (lol) to take them. I think I could make this and keep it in a pitcher in the fridge and just have it every day. I must go to the store to get the frozen lemonade concentrate. Thanks for the recipe!!

Tru,

Your welcome...please let the group know how the drink is helping you out. :) Cheers! Next time I will make a "Flaming Homer"(from the Simpsons) lol!
