Wow, thank you all! I miss you all, too, and although things are great in Scotland (Keris, where are you, I am totally free here, we could meet!) as I said, I miss home...

Well, I also would like to tell you all that things didn't work out as we thought between Jim and I, so we are back to being friends, very good friends, and I can only say this was a very precious time for me. No dramas, no pain (a bit sad, of course, but we help each other) and above all, lots of understanding and respect. Jim is a caring, honest person and he's taken good care of me.

One year ago I came to Scotland with B, my ex, and I had a very good time despite some little things that announced the end. I kind of needed to come and erase the slightest bad souvenir that remained from that trip and retake possession of Scotland as something only mine...

It's a magical place. People have this gorgeous accent, they are kind, they are extremely polite and nature is just breathtakingly beautiful. I always wanted to come and live here, one of my three best friends lives in Edinburgh (I am staying at her flat) and Scotland is Libra...all going for me!

I'll be back on Sept 3rd and I'll try to read you while here...take care and don't forget me (I won't let you anyway ;) )

It has been very sad for both of us, that things didn't work as well as we thought recently, Maria and I will continue to remain very close friends. Maria has been a very precious and understanding person in my life, and we will continue to help each other when we need it. We will still see each other on our trips, and we will see what the future holds in store for us.

I'm in Glasgow Maris and I'd love to meet up with you :D

I assume you are in Edinburgh for the festival? It's a beautiful city all year round but in August it just comes alive - too much so for the inhabitants probably :P

I'm so glad you like it here - it's my favourite country but then I'm probably biased :D

Have you been to see the "underground city" yet - it's on my list of things I must get round to :) I hear it's fascinating :D

You must meet Maria if you two can get together! She is a delight and I am so happy to call her a friend! I am jealous! I love Maria, and I love Scotland, and most important, I love my BF and he is in Britain...I need to be there!!
