I'm glad I lived with my ex before things went too far...we just couldn't live together...actually, he couldn't live with me!

I Have been living with T sense January, and Im glad I have.... I would never of found out about some of his "issues"if we haden't of lived together before hand...

There are days where I Just want to scream and live on my own, but overall I love the feeling of him being the last one I talk to at night and the first one I wake up to in the morning.... Well that is when he's not in trouble:} and actually he seems to of changed... but only time will tell

'C' and I just moved in together and it is awsome to be able to be with each other at night and in the morning. My whole life I was taught to wait until marriage before living with a man. Which to a certain extent I still can agree with. But in my situation it just works out better. If you are committed in a serious relationship then why let the legal system keep you apart?

p.s. this doesn't mean I dont' expect 'C' to be proposing; he damn better !! I don't want anyone getting 'comfortable' here :-)

Definatly YESSSS.... t hings are different when you live with someone.... I mean everything is great when you can go home and yeah you miss him and can't wait to see him but what happens with the missing is gone andit's the same thing everyday... I think it's the only sure way you can see if you are compatilbe in ALLLL ways....

well I was a Christian and didn't believe in living together. I could have avoided two divorces that way. I believe in living together now.

Don't be silly. Who couldn't live with a cutie such as yourself?

I was brought up, like Bella says, to wait until marriage. But I have lived with one girlfriend in the past and don't regret it. I think it's like a "test drive" before marriage. Most couples who have never been married, especially young couples, are surprised at how sex is minimized after marriage. But after living together for a while before marriage, they can get used to what they will go through in the marriage.

The only things that I do regret about living with my girlfriend of that time are things that I wish I could do over with her and change.

I believe in living together. To see if you are able to live together.

I voted yes but I don't much believe in marriage any more. Judging by the divorce rate and couple I observe in loveless marriages - I'm not alone.

I guess I could get married again some day. But it's rally of no value to me. What's important to me at this stage in my life (39) is the quality of the relationship.

How does it ebb and flow.

How do we deal with each other in good times and bad.

Does it have potential to develop into a harmonious loving partnership.

I guess I expect out of my relationship the things that most people want out of marriage.

I think those things develop naturally and not by a religious construct.
