Where do you see yourselves in 5, 10 years?

So, where do you see yourselves with your SO? No one can plan, and I try to live each day as if it's my last, but do you people ever fantasize about the future?
I know I'll be teaching English for high school in 5 yrs (by then it would be either my 4th or 3rd yr. of teaching), getting y masters in Ed or Divinity at night and hopefully closer to my SO! But I'll take it day by day....

I can't say... Life is so unpredictable.... I see it as it is now.... Happy and in love with my husband and having a wonderful healthy family... which is just starting to begin....so all I can say is alive and well with my husband and my children!!

Well in 5 years my child will be 4 yearsold :} I hope to be done with school and starting out my career as a lawyer... In 10 years MAYBE another child, it just depends how much the labor hurts with this one *grin*

Ohh and hopefully married, if T ever proposes!!!!! :}

Well - it depends.... where do I WANT to be, or where do I realistically see myself.

I want to be still here in San Francisco, hopefully OWNING a house instead of renting, with my dear husband who will work for a local company, rather than being sent all over the country for projects (or at least only doing that 4-6 months a year). I will be a working actor on stage and in film/commercials. (Not big and famous, mind you, just working and fairly well-respected among my peers.)

Hmm, now that I think of it, that is both where I want to be and where I realistically see myself in 5 years or so.

Mera, hehehe I know its worth it... Im just uhhhhhhhh not looking forward to the pain!!!!!!!!! No matter what I have read or heard from people, Im still terrified of the pain! Im Hopping for a quick labor! Unfortantly LONG hours of labor runs in my family, and I heard that its inheritable... uhhh :} heheh


All I can say is that they BETTER keep the epaderul comming, if they know what is good for them!!!

I hope the same thing!!!! I hope to god its fast.... but who knows... once I see my child for the first time I'm sure the pain will be a thing of the past!!!!

Oh, ladies...you are so cute! I just wanted to pop in here and say...I have had a baby natural with no pain meds, and I have had a baby with an epidural...With the epidural you literally do not feel any pain..and I am being honest!

The natural way, well, I have a high pain tolerance, and it made me cry. I would go the epidural, and don't worry about a thing. Don't be scared...I have 3 children, so obviously the pain is not so bad you don' t want to repeat it! *hugs*

Yep I am going to have a shirt that says Epidural Please!!! so no one can forget!!!!!

I think we had a thread like this before. However, I'll answer this one as well to the best or at least "okay" of my ability.

Five years: I hope to be in better shape (free of my injuries and healed well) and competing in a powerlifting-deadlifting contest. If injuries prevent it, then a bench pressing contest.

Ten years: I hope to become a writer and have most of my current work published.

Mera, uhhh Iv been nauseated for the past few weeks!! I hate it, somehow I thought your only supposed to feel it in the morning *key word morning sickness* but i feel it during the day to! I'm near crunch time in my classes right now, and there are some days that it makes it hard to concentrate with my stomach being so nauseated!!!

Have you been craving weird food at all??? Dont laugh but I have been eating a crap load of pickles!!! :} hehhe

Softee STOP EATING THE PICKLES.... don't eat alot of them hon while your pregnant.... There is so much salt in them.. You can't eat a lot of salt it can be bad... Like progresso and campbells soup way to much sodium........ You can eat pickles not a lot of em though ok!!!

My morning sicknes... Mostly nausea and gagging only last a little while and usualy hits me in the morning/afternoon that's it....

Morning sickness can be anytime at all.... Getting up to fast in the morning... smells that make you sick... its caused by a lot of stuff... but it's a great sign believe it or not.... Means the baby is healty!!
