good morning all
:), been a while since I started a thread but something interesting happened when I woke up. My furnace wouldnt come on. I called my brother to see if he would come over and help me, his wife answered and said why dont you call the gas company and have them come over and light your furnace. I didnt know they did that. I waited till they opened but guess what? They dont do that sort of thing. Well what I realized this morning was an ephipany for me. I worried about how my family was going to react when they meet my love, he will be here in *10days*!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOORAY, anyway I worried how they would feel about him when they find out how young he is, but I dont care any more, I figured if my brother couldnt help me when I need him, he has no say in who I date. This is a great revelation for me. I have been struggling alot with the gap I have with my guy and now I am not as judgemental about myself I know I love him, he loves me, I dont give a ********* what others think now. So I am grateful this morning that my furnace wasnt working :) I know this is not as interesting as a lot of posts but hey the boards are getting bare lolo so I thought I would share

I know how we both struggle with our age gap relationship and I am so glad your furnace was not lit! hehe...Funny how things happen that make us see something so clearly!

You are going to have a GREAT Christmas! Now just wrap yourself up in a big red bow and Trond will have just as great a Christmas!! I am so happy for you!

What is funny is my kids accept him, no problems, so why did I worry about what my brothers might think :) yes it was very freeing. And no darnnit I still cannot get the furnace lit, I may to to forgo my female pride and call someone, thank u all and yes I hope it gets warmer here when Trond arrives :)

Well...it is actually more of a misguided spray. When I turn it on I get squirted in the stomach if I turn it on too high. The rest of the stream of water goes straight down but one stream shoots out. Think washers will help it?

I think you might just want to unscrew the screen and clean it out Tru . . . sounds like it may just have a lot of residue in it.

I'm glad that you have come to this conclusion Gilraen about your family. At the end of the day, what matters most is your own happiness. Am glad that you had this experience, even if it meant that you had to get a little cold along the way. :p
