1) Child support- Women who get child support eventhough their kid(s) don't live with them. Women who spends their child support funds on their own leisure material (i.e., their new shoes, new clothes, new cars/SUV, their new boyfriend, etc.) while the kids are eating out of a can.

2) Welfare recipients who are fully capable to work yet chose not to (i.e., "Old Dirty Bastard").

3) Individuals who sell drugs while living in public housing.

4) People who chose to stay with their SO despite the physical and/or emotional abuse that they are getting from them.

Religion, God, sin, atheists, fundies, penises, porn, explicit description of what people do in bed with their SO's (really, it's ok to keep ME guessing!) Michael Jackson, George Bush, militias, abortion, adoption, riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiighhhhts of any kind, actors/actresses, infamously bad pop stars, romance, the new world order, dead philosophers, the Bible, Ayn Rand, the divorce rate, reality tv, the British, the French, the U.S. government, idiot governors, Democratic candidates, pretty much anyone who has the slightest chance of being seen on E!, Republicans,
underage ****s, New York, California, SARS, supporting the war, protesting the war, beer commercials, fashion, "Friends", sitcoms of any kind, the OC (huh?), Paris Hilton, crime, rich people, plastic surgery, that rag called "Jane" magazine, the Kennedys, the Osbournes, x-wives and babies' mamas, drama that is not drama, drama that might be drama, teeth-whitening strips......


Yeah, those I could do without.

Especially if there are visual aids.

Well, I was hoping that could go left unsaid. Boobs neither. And the Yankees. And New Year's resolutions.

Anything overrated. See, for example, bugs are overrated. So is violent gory death and a lot of nasty STD's. And for God's sake, the Simpsons. Enough already.

Correct me if i'm wrong Datura, but it sounds like all the topics there on your list are the ones that are talked about on a daily basis on this board. In fact, I would go as far as to say that there is a current active thread on each of those topics.

I wouldn't want to comment or discuss any type of controversal issues that may cause enormous flaming: Rights, religion, politics, sexuality of any kind (some of you already know where I stand on this matter anyway), feet, and the one major issue that I wouldn't be caught dead discussing [taking cover for protection] SHOES.:D

I agree - I would rather stay away from politics and religion.

I think everyone should be allowed to have their own opinion. As long as they don't try to influence others' opinions - which rarely works anyway.

Heh, I don't know about you guys, but when they started talking about the "Paris Hilton Sex Tape" going around, my reaction was a great big "Huh?!" I had no idea who she was before that.

I despise reality TV.

She has been on tons of Magazine covers, late night talk shoes....and all that jazz. She an heir to the Hilton hotels and she works my last nerve!

btw...on a more serious note.....I saw the Paris Hilton video and it's not all that. It was videoed with a night lens and very unclear.
They talked about it this morning on Howard Stern and it's believed that she put it out intentionally simply for publicity. Personally, I agree.
