You know how there are many motivation and self esteem books on how u can make your life better or change the way you are or books on relationship and books on how to help you love yourself more or move on and get over someone and all these motivations books!
Did you ever read any? Do you think they actually work?

Yes, I have read many. Yes they work.
Try some of these
In the Meantime Iyanla Van Zant
A Woman's Worth Marianne Williamson
The REAL Rules Barbara DeAngelis
Simple Abundance Sarah Ban Breathnach
Something More: Excavating your Authentic Self Sarah Ban Breathnach
The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success Deepak Chopra
Those are just some I've read. There are many more.. but all were helpful in different ways.
Happy reading!

The greatest book that I ever read was "LIVE YOUR DREAM" by Les Brown. It inspired me to persue my dream of becoming a writer.
Solitude,
Get books by Deepak Chopra, Tony Robbins and Dr. Wayne Dyer for starters. My sister and I have most of these books and they do help. Any book will help as long as you apply the principles slowly....your pace actually. Once you start to materialize what you want, then it will happen for you.
Gen,
My sister got the latest book by Deepak Chopra and many others from him. I even listen to his Abundance CD and want to try the "TM" method. It would be cool to meet you in St. Louis and share knowledge.
