Brain Teasers

I saw a couple of brain teasers tonight and thought it would be fun to post them here. I bet someone will have these solved before the night is through. But, if not, I'll post the answers in a few days.

By the way, if you can think of any others to add, feel free to post them here.

Brain Teaser #1:
A woman marries 11 men in the space of 10 years. She divorces none of them, none of them die, and she has not committed any crime. How is this possible?



Brain Teaser #2:
Shirley has idiosyncratic tastes. She loves weeds but despises flowers. She adores confetti but hates party decorations. She likes feet but dislikes hands. Based on her preference pattern, would she prefer sitting or standing?

1) She's a justice of the peace type person?

2) Sitting (It's the double letters)
