This is the first part of a trilogy written by the Italian writter Valerio Massino Manfredi .
In this part Manfredi takes you to the magical world of Alexander the great , son of Philip the great macedonian king and conquror and Queen Olympia .
He describes his childhood in the palace of Pela , his teenage years in Mieza uder the supervision of Aristotle the great philospher , his early battles fought , his rleationship with his parents and friends and his vision of conquring Asia to end the persian envasion .
The book is so intersting , written in a beautiful describtive way , packed with emotions , full of myths about the acient greek gods and heros and the way they were living in the macedonian era .
You live with the charecters and come to know them , look at alexander closely and observe his intersting charecter and live the battles they fight to secure the helenic penensuila .
