Winsor Pilates

I whent online and ordered this program, for when after the baby is born. I was wondering if anyone had ever used this program? Or is it just a major scam ? :D

I use it and I love it too. Just have a hard time pushing my navel to the floor! <G>

I ordered this last May and still haven't cracked the Advanced tape. A lot of the things in the first one will cause some soreness the next day (a good sign) but with Pilates your form is the most important part. If you're flopping all over you won't get a thing out of it. I think Pilates is mostly for toning though, and I really prefer lifting and cardio to lying on the floor at home. Being in the gym motivates me and motivation is the entire battle.
