Just a request for you to hold my sister's best friend and her family in your prayers. They took their six yr. old to the doctor today for just a stomache...after blood work...found out he has cancer:( They are starting Chemo. within 48 hrs. and it doesnt look good right now. Please keep them in your prayers as they need God to intervene...now. Thanks. Darla

but I'll remember your sister's bestfriends daughter in my prayers, and Trish your male friend as well........I've seen God do miracles, I've seen how the doctors weren't always right.....we don't have the answers to everything, why some God heals and why others die, but the greatest comfort is Knowing that God is in control and the ultimate healing is when we leave this world and go to a better place. I know very well, too well that no matter what a person say's it won't ease the pain especially when it's your loved one, I lost my love ones and again I've seen the miracle of other loved ones being healed. Why? we don't have the answers, all I know is that God has a divine plan for you and they, and if He chooses to take one home and allow another to stay we have to trust Him that He is doing what He see's what's best for each one,we don't see the whole picture, but He does. We are given these loved ones to cherish while we have them, we are all going someday, and that's why we need to look up and see that our maker is in control.....I admit that as I read this my heart broke, but all we can do is trust the Lord with the answer. Yes He can heal that's His will, sometimes we need to pray more for the families that are hurting because this girl and man is being strengthened by our maker and carried through all that they are going through. Oh please understand God loves them more then anyone on this earth can love them, they are a gift but belong to Him, trust him and stay steadfast in praying for the little girl, Mark and family.......nothing is impossible for God, nothing trust Him with the answer........with all my love Lorena

Darla, I am sorry for the bad news, I hope everything will be okay. Often children respond well to treatment and I hope it will be the case.
I will pray.

If I can be of any help, I may research more for you, it's not my speciality, and things changed a lot since I studied hematology, but I will be glad to translate the info into a more comprehensible language if you need.
