I wanted to resurrect this post because we had alot of people post products that they love and recommend to people. I want to say that my skin is very sensitive and I used alot of different men's deodorants in the past. First day when I used these products, no problems but soon after a couple of days, I would get really nasty rashes. I was so embarrassed because I love wearing t-shirts and tank tops. So then I found a Trader Joe's near my house and looked at this brand called "Tom's of Maine" all natural deodorant and I used it for a couple of days! It works really good! No rashes ever since! I also love using their all natural toothpaste and never use chemically based toothpaste like crest or colgate. Does anyone else like to recommend any products that is really good? Please share it with us. Thanks!

I have very fine hair, yet I have a lot of it. It's very hard to style and get it to hold anytype of anything - one of the models I work with told me about Aussie Fast Freeze Styling Spray. I LOVE this stuff, it holds my hair perfectly and believe me, I need major hold. lol

I can't live without Neutrogena!

And there's a certain brand of lip cream, Labello, I think, that I always have with me.

Totally Nutty Shea Butter Heel Cream for Happy Feet
Its made by PH Beauty Labs.

I am totally addicted to this cream----I bought it to make my feet nice and soft, but I love how rich it is and the smell is just delicious.
I have started using it as an all over body cream, it smells like vanilla/sugar cookies/ cocobutter and is so rich and moisturizing.
It blends well with my favorite scent also.

Its the best thing ever!!
I just stocked up on it, whenver I find something I love they stop making it so I am prepared this time!

I love Roc too, and they have an excellent Men's line, Ageless men should try it!

Another product I love is Vichy's D-stock lotion, for cellulite (oh, forbidden word!), it really works if the problem is not too advanced and you really get rid of that orange skin.

I can not live without Icy Hot, I know it sounds weird but since I had my major ankle injury in High school and all the football, softball and basketball leagues I play my knees and ankle throb somtimes, the bad thing is when I get out of bed in morning I sound like a bowl or rice crispys (snap, crackle and ouch)

Favourite facial product for me is a soap called Simple and i cannot live without my shampoo and coditioner which is from the Paul Mitchell rage.....its great, both the shampoo and coditioner work great but are very gentle on your hair too.

The best hair conditioner that I ever bought was called "Tru Mint" by ABBA. That one was the best. My favorite shampoo is called "Aussie Mega" by Freeman.

Tyg that Aussie Mega stuff sounds great...and if it actually comes from Australia it must be! :D

I'm not really one for products and all that gear, but I must admit I do like some of the products at The Body Shop ( http://www.thebodyshop.com.au ). They have some cool things you might want to check out and they're an ethically good company as well! I get my deodorant etc. from there. I know they're in Australia and England, so if anyone lives in either of these places or is going there I highly recommend them.

Me neither!! I've had all kinds of nasty reactions to other product lines, but Neutrogena is consistently safe.

And I've recently become a huge fan of L'Occitane Foot Cream...... as a hand cream!

I did find the manufacturer's website though, they sell it too!

I think L'Occitane should start paying Maria a commission, since she's responsible for introducing me, too! :D

L'Occitane is in Brazil now too, and I have bought more of it to two of my friends, and one for me, a orange flower perfume, it's just delicious!

I have to organize another game so that more of you can get addicted, huh? ;) They use really good things to make their products, and they smell heavenly, too.

Now I hope soon you will be introduced to this Brazilian cosmetic company, Natura, which uses native roots and plants from Brazil. They also support many echological programms.

The name is Natura and write this down, they will be a great success in future!

Don't worry Babes, we get Lush in Australia too. I've been in their shops a few times and I really like the concept of natural products, back to the way things were meant to be! I'll also check out that Natura company Maria, sounds like they've got the same natural vibe happening. Is anyone else a fan of The Body Shop?

Pssst....don't tell anyone I know so much about these products, I am male after all. :D

Tyg - Tom's of Maine stuff is great. I've used their toothpaste for over 12 years. My son has never used anything but theirs.

For skin - Bag Balm (it comes in a green tin) - - originally used for chapped cow udders (I am not kidding) but great for all sorts of things - chapped lips, diaper rash, etc. much nicer than "petroleum jelly". I've been using it for about eight years and am only on my third or fourth tin!!

Girl,

One of the things about Tom's of Maine that made me feel very sad is that they discontinued "Gingermint" flavor and I love ginger. I went to Trader Joe's and found out it's not there anymore. I even went to Walmart to look for it but I guess people did not like the Ginger fresh mouth.

Zymol car wax is the hands down best. A friend brought some over for us to try on the race car, and this stuff just rocks!

I have no clue whats in it, but it wipes off real easy, none of that buffing for hours, and it smells like a coconut. *smiles*

Sorry, I just had to post that for those of us who love to have shiny shiny cars!

As far as the beauty products, my hair takes a beating with the dye processes, etc., and I use Infusium leave-in conditioner. I have used it for years, and like that it doesn't leave you hair weighted down or greasy appearing.

Also if you hair is dry, damaged or frizzy, Sebastian Potion Number 9 will work absolute wonders.

Nessa,

I did not know that Altoids have that flavor. I think I saw Altoids have sour flavors as well.

Sorry, ukf - - - Jack D was party to the downfall of my (almost 20 yr) marriage - can't go there.

YM prefers lighter colored spirits (and since he's personally dark, it's neat) so I can't get behind Cap't Jack, tonight!
