changes in file size

I noticed that sometimes someone will send me a jpg which, when I try to save it from the Yahoo viewer will save as a bmp.
The bmp's seem to be quite large so I save them as a jpg. However, when I go to forward them to someone, they are HUGE files. My most recent experience with this was a file that was sent to me and was 54k, and when I emailed it out it was 1800k!!

It usually does this.

I've seen this most of the time happen one one has run out of space in thier temporary internet file folder...

If you are using Internet Explorer, go to "Tools" and then "Internet Options"...make sure you are the "General Tab"...

And then, at the "Temporary Internet Files"...click on "Delete Files"

That should hopefully take care of it.
