After creating the webpage for
Whiterose and Remi,
it got me to wondering-
do any of you have a website that is
devoted to you or something that interests you?

I know there is a place to list our homepages
on our profiles,
but I thought maybe a thread might be nice
to list our links and maybe even chat a bit
about our homepages/websites.

It might even be informative for those
thinking about starting up a page/site to
hear from those that have them.
Like where the best hosts are and things like that.

As for me,
I have been creating webpages for 4 years now.
(I use Homestead)
I still have so much to learn in regard to HTML and
what is new out there.
It's a lot of fun and I wish I had more time for it.

So, do you have a homepage/website that
you'd like to share with us or chat about?

they might take away my life
I just want someone to hold me
and rock me through the night
This youthful heart can love you
and give you what you need
But I'm too old to go chasing you around
Wasting my precious energy
Give me one reason to stay here-
and I'll turn right back around

I go to a funny site where you can create your country and by answering to the questions they send you everyday, you give your country different characteristics and often unexpected turns.

It's caled Jennifer Government Nation States and we are a few from Ageless there. If you want to check it out, the link to my country is:

Yup...

http://r_w_f.tripod.com

Built myself, maintained myself...a simple site for my E-Fed fantasy wrestling league. Been around since '99...which is one of the longest E-Feds around....

It's the only site I really do....'cause I work there every day, when I'm not at ageless...takes alot to run one of 'em.

To others, it's a geeky thing. To me, I'm proud of my accomplishment...

Most of the graphics on the site itself, were made by a friend of mine....Drew.

My writing site went bye-bye but you're all welcome to visit a site that I frequent!!

www.itsmeowornever.org

This is an animal shelter owned by a friend of mine. Florida has horrible stray laws. People are just cruel to the stray animals down there and Michael works very hard at rescueing and caring for southern Florida strays. They're looking into purchasing land where they can build a full facility.

I don't post on their board under Molly, so, if you get the urge to post and say hi, pm me and I'll give you the name to look for! <G>

My homepage is listed below here. Just click the www button. The only other sites I frequent are
Nation States (http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/logout=1)
Kryptonsite (http://www.kryptonsite.com/)
:)

And once in awhile..

Great site Dan
and congratulations on the awards!

I had a Halloween site a couple years back,
(it's long gone now), that I gained a few awards for.
I had a lot of fun with it and now regret deleting it.
It was a lot of work though.

I might start another-
and now would be the time to do it!

Having a website is such a cool and creative way
to express one's self.

Thanks, Sage!
I know it's not very fancy...but in this case, you never judge a book by it's cover. What is beyond the "Doors"....is a wonderful group of people. There are folks in my game...that have been there for close to 4-5 years....and they come from all walks of life...like Ageless...

Men and women my age...some teenagers...we have fathers, as well. Teachers, writers, every day workers...and we're all very close. Besides Ageless, it's where I spend most of my time. I'm proud of those folks...

I must say, Sage..I was at work one day and looked at your webpage, and I LOVE IT! It looks so beautiful. It's so soft...and the emotion and feeling you get from the pages, is one of warmth...

Not to mention, on many pages, I get to see your beautiful face. *smiles*

You did a really beautiful job on that page...

Did you use something like Frontpage...or did you use a WYSIWYG editor? For me, I just used strictly notepad and did the coding myself...
