TV and pop-culture
A line on a show on the ID channel (I made up the names because I don't remember).
"[David] seemed perfect for [Cheryl] despite a 10-year age difference (he was older)." Later in the show, after she broke up with "David"... "She started dating [Charly] who was more appropriate for her because he was closer in age".
The guy who was "more appropriate" because he was "closer in age" ended up being her killer.
The woman in question was 29 years old. Really?? Ten years for a 29-year old is enough to warrant that comment? These people are so out of touch!
Like Abraham Lincoln once said, "You can't believe everything you read on the Internet."
