my son is working (strugggling) thru early diagnosis with bi polar. he told me today that he lives by this quote:

My signature tags are my fav, particularly the one about happiness. I refer to it whenever I feel overwhelmed. A couple others that I enjoy are:
The problem is not that there are problems. The problem is expecting otherwise and thinking that having problems is a problem. and An excuse is worse and more terrible than a lie, for an excuse is a lie guarded. I love quotes & use them often to give me strength, inspiration, or just a bit of motivation to tackle whatever obstacles I'm facing.

Off the top of my head so my apologies for not giving credit to the authors. I probably paraphrased some of them as well.
1. What you see depends on what you are looking for. 2. You cannot help who you fall in love with. You can however choose who to be with. 3.
