I just wanted to post and let you know that I'm thinking of you today and hope that you are being kind to yourself. (((hugs)))GAbout turning 50...
When you turn 21 you "officially" enter adulthood, people younger than you see you as being so old and mature; but people older than you don't consider you a "real" adult until you turn 30. So during the decade of the 20's you're a pseudo-adult.
Becoming 50 is similar. People younger than you see you and respect you as a senior member of society; but people older than you don't consider you a "real" senior until you turn 60. So during the decade of the 50's you're a pseudo-senior.
